GOULDS LB Booster Pump

The LB booster pump provides an economical alternative for small booster sets with flow requirements up to 18 GPM and heads up to 190 feet. The casing boast stainless steel construction with NPT threaded, centerline connections, easily accessible vent, prime and drain connections with stainless steel plugs. Its engineered thermoplastic internal components such as the impellers, guidevanes and motor adapters are high strength and light weight engineered composite. The motors frame mounted design allows for flexibility of installation and driver arrangements. Its back pull-out designs simplifies maintenance when used with spacer type couplings. The close-coupled compact design saves space and simplifies maintenance.

GOULDS 3885 – WE Series Submersible Effluent Pump

The Goulds Water Technology WE Series submersible effluent pumps feature cast iron, semi-open, non-clog with pump-out vanes for mechanical seal protection. Balanced for smooth operation. Silicon bronze impeller available as an option. The pumps have cast iron volute type casing for maximum efficiency and a 2” NPT discharge. The shaft is a corrosion-resistant, stainless steel threaded design with locknut on all models to guard against component damage on accidental reverse rotation. The fasteners are 300 series stainless steel. The pump is capable of running dry without damage to components and is designed for continuous operation when fully submerged.

The Goulds Water Technology PE submersible effluent pump is of corrosion resistant construction. The pump has a cast iron body with a thermoplastic impeller and cover. A upper sleeve and lower heavy duty ball bearing construction. The motor is permanently lubricated for extended service life. Powered for continuous operation. All ratings are within the working limits of the motor. Quick disconnect power cord, 20' standard length, heavy duty 16/3 SJTW with 115 or 230 volt grounding plug. The complete unit is heavy duty, portable and compact.

The Goulds Water Technology EP04 and EP05 have a casing and base constructed of rugged thermoplastic to provide superior strength and corrosion resistance. The pumps have a cast iron motor housing for efficient heat transfer, strength, and durability. The pumps have upper and lower heavy duty ball bearing construction. The motor covers are thermoplastic with integral handle and float switch attachment points. The power cables are severe duty rated oil and water resistant. The EP04 impeller is a thermoplastic semi-open design with pump out vanes for mechanical seal protection. The EP05 impeller is a thermoplastic enclosed design for improved performance.

GOULDS RGS2012 Residential Grinder Pump

The Goulds Water Technology RGS is a residential wastewater grinder pump is capable of grinding sewage in individual residential applications. The RGS has an anti-roping design cutter system, and a silicon bronze, multi-vane semi-open impeller with pump-out vanes for mechanical seal protection. The RGS has a heavy duty cast iron, volute type casing for high efficiency. The motor is fully submerged in a high grade turbine oil-filled chamber for more efficient heat dissipation, permanent lubrication of bearing and mechanical seals, and protection against outside environment. The motor’s shaft is 300 series Stainless Steel with a short overhang for minimum shaft deflection. O-Rings assure positive sealing against contaminants and oil leakage. The power cable is severe duty rated, oil and water resistant, with a epoxy seal on the motor end providing a second moisture barrier in case of outer jacket damage and to prevent oil wicking. Pump ratings are within the motor manufacturer's recommended working limits, can be operated continuously without damage when fully submerged. Maybe used with optional guide rail.

The RGS is designed for high head sewage applications where a gravity system is not practical and is ideal for pressure sewage systems.

GOULDS 1GD Dual Seal Submersible Grinder Pumps

The Goulds Water Technology 1GD Dual Seal Submersible Grinder Pumps with optional seal sensor have a silicon bronze, multi-vane semi-open impeller with pump-out vanes for mechanical seal protection. The 1GD has a anti-roping design, where hardened cutter is keyed to the motor shaft for positive drive. The cutter ring is specially designed to be reversed when the first side wears out thus doubling its life and reducing maintenance costs. The cutter system is designed and tested to pass items found in normal wastewater. The 1GD is constructed of a heavy duty cast iron, volute type casing for maximum efficiency, and has stainless steel shaft and fasteners.

The dual seals are silicon carbide vs. silicon carbide outer seal and ceramic vs. carbon inner seal, stainless steel metal parts, BUNA-N elastomers. Upper and shaft seals are positioned independently and are separated by an oil-filled chamber. Optional Silicon/Tungsten Carbide outer seal available. The optional seal sensor cord is located in an oil-filled chamber. If pumpage should begin to leak past lower seal it indicates to pump control panel a fault has occurred. Requires optional Seal Fail Circuit in the control panel. Fasteners and Pipe Plugs are 300 series stainless steel. Uses A10-12 guide rail system for ease of installation and maintenance. The deep well vertical jet pump is specifically designed to deliver high capacities. VJ pumps are easily serviceable. They can be taken apart by removing four bolts. Pipes do not have to be disturbed when service is required. Pump is designed for continuous operation. The VJ is corrosion-resistant: Electrocoat paint process is applied inside and out and then baked on. The VJ series incorporates a vent at the highest point of the casing, including the mechanical seal chamber, for a more thorough air purging, and fast, efficient priming. The adjustable automatic pressure control valve: Guarantees maximum capacity at all times. The bypass check valve equalizes pressure in entire system and helps prevent loss of prime.
