Product Overview
Think of it as “Cruise Control” for your pump. The Aquavar e-ABII pump controller provides an economical answer for municipal and private water systems with low water pressure. Both domestic and light commercial above ground boosters can benefit.

As water use increases, the controller changes pump speed to maintain pressure. Large supply tanks are eliminated and up to 50% of the energy required by a full speed pump is saved.

Goulds Centripro Submersible Motors 6″ through 10″

The 6 inch canned design motor features a replaceable plug-in motor lead, moisture resistant insulation and a specially formulated patented resin that protects the motor against thermal fluctuation and internal stress.
The 8 to 10 inch rewindable water-tight motor has a coil conductor insulation material that is specially developed denatured polypropylene, which offers excellent leak-resistant characteristics. Three barriers are applied to the copper conductors to provide complete insulation against the motor’s cooling fluid.
This design is the result of extensive research and is of superior quality. It insures that CentriPro motors will have an extremely long service life.

The motors feature built-in lightning/surge protection. All have a 700# thrust bearing as compared to our major competitor’s 300# and 650# ratings. The 1/2 – 1 HP, 3-wire and all 2-wire models have on-winding thermal overloads.

GOULDS SMVT – Surface Mount Vertical Turbine Pump

Surface-mounted, multi-stage, high pressure vertical turbine pumps. Ideal for limited space environments, packaging, and water booster applications. This turbine pump is offered as a pre-engineered product with construction options, the SMVT leverages high-quality stock turbine components and boasts new pump lead times that are unmatched by competing technologies. Replacement kits and readily available aftermarket repair parts help Xylem customers to minimize costly equipment downtime. Its new flanged casing design eliminates the need for special tools and allows the SMVT to be assembled and disassembled using a standard wrench. The bolted-flange assembly also allows for easy alignment of the motor support windows, important when packaging multiple units. Lastly, the ability to unbolt the flanged casing from the suction/discharge pump body saves Xylem customers time and money by making it possible for the SMVT to be serviced in the field without disturbing the system piping arrangement.

The two-piece shaft coupling allows for replacement of mechanical cartridge-type seal without removing motor. Coupling is precision balanced for vibration-free operation. The redesign of this unit includes enhanced impeller metallurgy as standard, investment cast stainless steel, making it suitable for potable water applications. Smart new slip-fit suction cover all but eliminates the negative impact of tensile stresses. This feature maximizes the service life of the pump, especially in applications with frequent on/off cycles.
